Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled before fulfillment you will get the full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.Ā For rejection, we have to refund you after deducting theĀ shipping cost and the product cost.

We always strive to provide an excellent shopping experience to every customer, and we offer a hassle-free exchange for each's customer's first order to ensure each customer receive the perfect fit.

Ruturn
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you haveĀ 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Youā€™ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us atĀ store@usinepro.com. If your return is accepted, weā€™ll send you a return shipping address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.Ā Please also make sure that you send out the returnsĀ within 1 weekĀ of receiving the return address, otherwise we will not issue an exchange or refund for you.Ā Used products and products with promotional discount are excluded from return and refund policy.

Return shipping
If the products received areĀ defective or incorrect, theĀ customer will not beĀ responsible for the shippingĀ cost incurred in returns. Otherwise the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee. The costĀ willĀ varyĀ based on the carrier you choose.Ā 

We suggest using the original box or envelope that came with products for the return package, toĀ avoid additional return shipping cost.Ā 

Customer will not beĀ responsible for the shippingĀ costĀ inĀ the following types of situations:

  • Manufacture defects: quality issues.
  • Wrong / missing item from the package.

    However, we do not cover the return shipping fee inĀ the following situations:

    • Wrong size / color ordered
    • Changed mind / Item no longer wanted
    • Wrong shipping address
    • Any other reasons

    Damages and issues
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


    Refunds
    We will notify you once weā€™ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, youā€™ll be automatically refunded on your original payment methodĀ in 1-3 business days, in the amount of the purchase price. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


    Exceptions / non-returnable items
    Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and sale / auto discounted items or gift cards.Ā Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.Ā
